Etiquette, executive presence & cross-cultural communication
My fascination with etiquette began long before I realised it would become my life's work. As a young girl, I was curious about people — the way they spoke, carried themselves, and made others feel. At fifteen, a six-month modelling programme first introduced me to etiquette, social manners, dress codes, and professional presentation, and what began as a course became a lifelong passion.
My career has taken me across aviation, hospitality, retail, luxury cosmetics, and education, and across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States — experiences that taught me that while customs vary, courtesy and respect are universal languages.
With more than two decades of international training experience, I now deliver seminars, workshops, and coaching for professionals, corporate teams, and organisations worldwide — helping people build confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful relationships.
